Key Responsibilities

As an IT Tech Analyst I , you will assist in delivering and supporting standardized as well as complex IT services and operational processes. You will work closely with technical engineering teams to provide first-level issue resolution, maintain reliability, and ensure IT solutions align with core business goals.
Assist in the design, integration, development, testing, and deployment of IT services, applications, and processes.
Provide first-level technical support for IT services, including issue intake, initial triage, and proper escalation.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to investigate, resolve, and track IT service tickets through to completion.
Support multiple standardized IT services and complex solutions across regional functional areas and locations.
Maintain up-to-date service documentation, support materials, operational runbooks, and process guides.
Participate actively in testing, validation, and deployment activities to maintain overall service quality and platform stability.
Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance end-user experience and operational reliability.

Skills & Eligibility

University Degree (Bachelor’s) with 1 year of relevant IT experience, OR
A 2-year degree/diploma with 6 years of relevant IT experience, OR
An equivalent combination of educational background and practical work experience.
Hands-on experience supporting, testing, deploying, or troubleshooting enterprise IT services or processes.
Proven ability to deliver first-level support, assess technical issues, and partner with core engineering teams on resolution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with meticulous attention to detail and task follow-through.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the capability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and locations.
Ability to document work accurately and contribute to stable day-to-day service operations.
Take strong ownership and personal accountability for service stability and user impact.
Apply structured troubleshooting, rigorous testing, and accurate documentation for all service changes.
Embrace practical problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and open team communication.
