Key Responsibilities
- Team up with departments within BC to understand business demands for automation.
- Consult on both technical feasibility and process optimization, looking at end-to-end processes and workflow efficiency.
- Perform the technical implementation of applications in close collaboration with your peers and users.
- Maintain the operation of tools, including system maintenance, network administration, data management, and services administration.
- Help in upskilling less technical colleagues within the team.
Skills & Eligibility
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree ( B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc / MCA ) in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent field of study.
- A foundational understanding of IT architecture and the approach of digitalization teams.
- Solid understanding of Linux, MariaDB/MySQL, and DevOps principles with practical application in production environments.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and KNIME.
- Prior exposure to OKR or Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English is required.
