Job Description

As an SDE-1 Full Stack Engineer, your core focus will be feature development across the backend and frontend of a fast-moving product. You will be building backend services in Node.js, modeling complex data structures in MySQL, and crafting clean, responsive user interfaces with React and TailwindCSS. You won’t be confined to just writing code; you will learn how high-throughput systems operate, write modular code that your team can build upon, and gradually own larger components as you grow.
At Saleshandy, we are looking for engineers who care more about curiosity and strong fundamentals than checking off a perfect list of requirements. You will work alongside senior engineers and use AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor as force multipliers to ship features to thousands of users.

Ship Your First Features (30–45 days): Learn the codebase and ship your first full-stack features to production under guidance.
Build Independently (60 days): Take charge to deliver features end-to-end with high quality and minimal hand-holding.
Strengthen Reliability (60–90 days): Handle complex edge cases and errors, significantly lifting code quality through rigorous testing and creating a measurably more reliable system.
Own a Component (90–120 days): Assume clear ownership of a specific feature area and actively participate in system design discussions.
Collaborate & Ship: Work closely with senior engineers, taking constructive feedback well and maintaining a fast-paced release cycle.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
Core Tech Stack: Strong fundamentals and practical experience with Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, React, and TailwindCSS.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Docker, Firebase, Redis, and TanStack Query will be considered a strong advantage.
AI Fluency: Willingness and ability to use modern AI tools (like Claude Code and Cursor) as a multiplier to code smarter and faster, not as a crutch.
