As a Technical Support Representative Intern at IBM, candidates will work under the guidance of senior IBM consultants to observe and assist in live application administration, operations, and production monitoring.

Observe and gain hands-on experience in Application Monitoring (monitoring core application processes, incident & fault analysis, simple issue rectification).
Gain technical domain knowledge to assist with low- to medium-complexity production support tasks.
Learn application functionality and key underlying technologies used in enterprise application development.
Understand application scheduling and live production monitoring workflows.
Assist in the administration of application-related services and non-code configuration management activities.
Maintain flexibility to perform internship operations in rotational work shifts based on project needs.

Skills & Eligibility
Degree: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) — 10+2+3 academic pattern.
Academic Cut-off: Minimum 60% marks throughout 10th Standard, 12th Standard, and College graduation.
Experience: Freshers with no prior full-time experience.
Scheme Requirement: Candidates registered/applied under the Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme.
Strong foundation and subject knowledge in B.Sc / BCA core subjects.
Fluency in English (ability to read, write, and speak effectively).
Good analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic capabilities.
