Key Responsibilities
- As a Technical Support Representative Intern at IBM, candidates will work under the guidance of senior IBM consultants to observe and assist in live application administration, operations, and production monitoring.
- Note: This internship opportunity is primarily designated for applicants registered under the Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme portal.
- Observe and gain hands-on experience in Application Monitoring (monitoring core application processes, incident & fault analysis, simple issue rectification).
- Gain technical domain knowledge to assist with low- to medium-complexity production support tasks.
- Learn application functionality and key underlying technologies used in enterprise application development.
- Understand application scheduling and live production monitoring workflows.
- Assist in the administration of application-related services and non-code configuration management activities.
- Maintain flexibility to perform internship operations in rotational work shifts based on project needs.

Skills & Eligibility
- Degree: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) — 10+2+3 academic pattern.
- Academic Cut-off: Minimum 60% marks throughout 10th Standard, 12th Standard, and College graduation.
- Experience: Freshers with no prior full-time experience.
- Scheme Requirement: Candidates registered/applied under the Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme.
- Strong foundation and subject knowledge in B.Sc / BCA core subjects.
- Fluency in English (ability to read, write, and speak effectively).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, ethical, and team collaboration skills.
- Readiness to take on challenging technical support assignments.
