Job Description

As a Designer, Development – Mechanical at Husky Technologies, you will work as part of a team responsible for developing new products and mechanical systems. The role covers conceptual design, detailed 3D modelling, component selection, engineering analysis, drawings, validation and design optimization.
You will collaborate with specialists across engineering, manufacturing, software, electrical and validation functions to develop reliable and manufacturable solutions. The position provides an opportunity to work on challenging mechanical design problems while gaining experience across the complete product development lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent understanding of engineering principles.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong learning and research capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Unigraphics or other 3D CAD software is an advantage.
Strong interest in mechanical design and hands-on mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced product development environment.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
The role requires strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, 3D CAD knowledge, mechanical design skills, engineering analysis, GD&T, problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of Unigraphics or other 3D CAD software is an advantage.
