As a Business Analyst in Enterprise Programs, you will analyze operational workflows, identify business process gaps, gather stakeholder requirements, and support continuous process improvement strategies across large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
Analyze existing business and operational processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, system gaps, and enhancement opportunities.
Formulate, implement, and track process improvement strategies aimed at optimizing workflow productivity.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional business units to gather data insights, metrics, and functional project requirements.
Perform performance evaluations and quantitative data analyses to measure the impact of operational upgrades.
Draft structured analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations to present business recommendations to key stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive process documentation, performance baselines, and audit trails to uphold corporate transparency.

Skills & Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Economics (BA), Finance (B.Fin), or Engineering/Technology (B.E / B.Tech).
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Business Analytics.
Open to freshers and candidates with early career exposure.
Business & Risk Analysis: Familiarity with business process modeling, change management, and compliance risk governance.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Knowledge of data evaluation techniques, metrics tracking, and critical thinking methodology.
Project Management: Understanding of project lifecycles, milestone tracking, and stakeholder management frameworks.
