Key Responsibilities
- As an EDS-Associate-BI, you will collaborate with business, reporting, and backend data teams to understand business requirements and execute detailed data analysis. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting next-generation reporting and data analytics solutions.
- Create SSIS jobs to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, while troubleshooting existing workflows using SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, organize data models, and build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Spotfire.
- Develop complex SQL queries and SSIS packages to support evolving data integration projects.
- Coordinate with data engineering and Decision Sciences teams to establish ETL best practices and support advanced analytics.
- Ensure high data quality through thorough validation and detailed data analysis.
- Participate in project transitions, post-transition support, code deployments, and occasional off-hours production support.
- Prepare source-to-target mapping documents by analyzing existing SQL business logic.

Skills & Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with exposure as an SSIS / ETL Developer.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server (T-SQL coding).
- 1+ years of working knowledge with Data Visualization tools like Power BI or Spotfire.
- Proficiency in SQL, relational database concepts, data modeling, and data mapping.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel Macros and Visual Basic (VB) is an added advantage.
- Understanding of cloud-based data integration tools like Azure Data Factory.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder communication.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple project assignments simultaneously.
