Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related engineering branches.
  • Strong analytical mindset, basic understanding of enterprise integrations, and operational readiness.
  • Monitor enterprise integration platforms including MuleSoft, GoAnywhere, EDBIC, and ELK/Elastic.
  • Proactively identify integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies across systems.
  • Support 24×7 operational coverage through shift-based rotations as required by business needs.
  • Ensure timely incident acknowledgment, triage, and resolution strictly within SLAs.
  • Handle L2 production incidents, perform impact analysis, and drive rapid system recovery.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with technical leads and cross-functional teams during major incidents and escalations.
  • Develop and enhance automation scripts to boost operational efficiency (e.g., alerting, ServiceNow ticket creation, health checks).
  • Build and maintain operational monitoring dashboards using Elastic/Kibana to improve proactive visibility.
  • Support software deployments and post-deployment validation across integration platforms.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Change Management policies (CRs, freeze windows, approvals).
  • Assist with platform maintenance, configuration changes, and version upgrades.
  • Maintain clear, concise standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and operational knowledge bases.
  • Participate in team knowledge transfer sessions and assist in onboarding new members.
