Key Responsibilities
Outbound Diagnostics: Conduct proactive outbound calls to customers who have reported data or technical process disruptions, active listening to map issues comprehensively.
Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose the core software or process-driven causes of user problems utilizing internal validation modules and resources.
Guided Troubleshooting: Provide structured, easy-to-understand verbal and written technical guidelines to assist customers step-by-step through configuration fixes.
Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain highly meticulous records of all customer interactions, service tickets, diagnostic steps, and final resolutions accurately inside the central customer database.
Escalation Handling: Efficiently isolate complex, unresolved technical bugs and escalate them seamlessly to senior technical or product engineering teams for deep-dive investigations.
Resolution Follow-Up: Perform strategic follow-ups with customers to ensure technical fixes are fully sustainable and that user satisfaction targets are completely met.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: High school diploma required; full-time Bachelor’s degree in any stream (B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, BCA) is highly preferred.
Communication Talents: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Aptitude: Strong logical reasoning abilities with a high learning capacity to understand and master proprietary tech platforms quickly.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous observation skills for entering data accurately and isolating subtle system variances.
Emotional Intelligence: Ability to remain exceptionally calm, empathetic, and patient when interacting with frustrated users under tight timelines.
Prior internship experience or student exposure in customer operations, customer service, or a technical helpdesk role.
Basic familiarity with CRM software architectures or modern call center communication systems.
Additional basic technical certifications in computing or data management software.
