Job Description

As an Executive/Sr. Executive in our DEC Team, you will be responsible for building reusable components and frontend libraries to ensure the longevity and scalability of our digital products. You will work closely with UI/UX designers to translate complex wireframes into high-quality, responsive code while adhering to industry best practices for accessibility and performance. Your role involves optimizing components for maximum performance across various web platforms and devices.
Beyond frontend development, you will leverage your knowledge of Restful APIs and Node.js to ensure seamless integration between the user interface and backend services. You will be expected to resolve design glitches and implement scalable solutions using modern DevOps workflows and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud . At Deloitte, we expect you to lead with integrity, partnering with stakeholders to deliver commercial value through technical excellence.

Develop high-quality React applications using workflows like Redux or Flux .
Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for future use.
Ensure Responsive Design and web accessibility standards are met.
Optimize web components for maximum speed and performance on multiple platforms.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement new UX solutions.
Build and maintain Restful APIs and manage MySQL data structures.
Utilize GIT for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Leverage cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) to deploy and scale web solutions.
Participate in strategic problem-solving and engagement management for client success.

Education: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years specifically working with ReactJS .
Frontend: Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript , SASS/SCSS, and HTML DOM.
Backend: Familiarity with Node.js and API design architecture.
Version Control: Proficient knowledge of GIT and CI/CD processes.
Cloud/DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical acumen, and empathetic leadership.
