Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst – Shared Services, you will secure product compliance and data precision across the global supply chain:
Compliance Data Administration: Managing and maintaining compliance-related data within enterprise software systems to ensure all product information is aligned with global operational frameworks.
Supplier Engagement: Partnering directly with suppliers worldwide to solicit, collect, review, and validate critical material compliance documentation.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Working closely with internal teams, including product compliance, engineering, and sourcing, to streamline documentation pipelines and eliminate operational delays.
Workflow Management: Tracking status updates on open document requests and performing consistent, proactive follow-ups with suppliers to improve completion and database accuracy rates.
Stakeholder Updates: Monitoring processes, identifying potential blockages, and communicating clear status reports to management to support fast decision-making.
