Job Description
As a NOC Associate Engineer at Credera, you will directly support our global IT Operations team by monitoring enterprise systems, distributed applications, cloud servers, and network infrastructure. Your central objective is to ensure optimal platform uptime and implement rapid incident responses across production environments. You will be trained to act as the primary defense loop against platform instabilities—identifying runtime alerts, executing first-level diagnostic troubleshooting, and logging defects.
You will leverage specialized tracking tools like New Relic and AWS CloudWatch to monitor infrastructure health matrices and process parameters. Operating within an Agile ITIL framework, you will update tickets in systems such as Jira or ServiceNow and escalate critical bottlenecks to the respective DevOps or engineering squads. This role provides absolute visibility into population-scale cloud environments, giving you hands-on experience in basic root cause analysis (RCA) and server maintenance operations.

Monitor production systems, applications, instances, and network links using APM and cloud utilities.
Identify, analyze, and respond to incoming operational infrastructure alerts promptly.
Perform first-level diagnostic troubleshooting and escalate complex data errors using standard procedures.
Track, document, and manage ticket lifecycles seamlessly inside Jira or ServiceNow templates.
Execute routine system health checks, operational sanity testing, and automated log parsing.
Maintain comprehensive incident log records and assist senior engineers in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Coordinate cross-functionally with DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Core Engineering teams during outages.
Adapt seamlessly to rotating shift patterns (24×7 grid) to maintain persistent infrastructure monitoring coverage.
Skills & Eligibility
