Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality application support to global customers by effectively investigating, diagnosing, and resolving platform incidents.
Investigate proactive monitoring alerts generated through internal monitoring tools to ensure maximum SaaS environment uptime.
Maintain strict SLA/SLO compliance while demonstrating excellent case management and premium customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate seamlessly with core engineering, product management, and external partner teams to troubleshoot complex application errors.
Monitor application health, identify performance bottlenecks, and support integrations, mobile systems, and database layer anomalies.
Contribute actively to the Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) architecture by documenting resolution processes and writing technical articles.
Identify opportunities for scripts automation, workflow optimization, and continuous infrastructure improvement.
Skills & Eligibility
The candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Must possess a continuous learning mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate productively within a fast-paced, 24×7 shift rotation customer support ecosystem.
Foundational knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and database querying.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
Understanding of application debugging, logging, and troubleshooting techniques.
Exposure to API integrations, MuleSoft, or similar integration environments.
Knowledge of application monitoring and diagnostics platforms such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts using GitHub and Jenkins.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle global, cross-functional stakeholders with empathy.
