Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality application support to global customers by effectively investigating, diagnosing, and resolving platform incidents.
  • Investigate proactive monitoring alerts generated through internal monitoring tools to ensure maximum SaaS environment uptime.
  • Maintain strict SLA/SLO compliance while demonstrating excellent case management and premium customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with core engineering, product management, and external partner teams to troubleshoot complex application errors.
  • Monitor application health, identify performance bottlenecks, and support integrations, mobile systems, and database layer anomalies.
  • Contribute actively to the Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) architecture by documenting resolution processes and writing technical articles.
  • Identify opportunities for scripts automation, workflow optimization, and continuous infrastructure improvement.

Skills & Eligibility

  • The candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Must possess a continuous learning mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate productively within a fast-paced, 24×7 shift rotation customer support ecosystem.
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and database querying.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
  • Understanding of application debugging, logging, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Exposure to API integrations, MuleSoft, or similar integration environments.
  • Knowledge of application monitoring and diagnostics platforms such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts using GitHub and Jenkins.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle global, cross-functional stakeholders with empathy.
