Job Description

  • As an Analyst in Data Management, you will operate at the intersection of deep research, private markets domain expertise, and AI-enabled workflows. You will build company-level intelligence involving M&A transactions, deal ownership structures, and corporate investments.
  • Research & Intelligence Development: Conduct deep secondary market research to construct structured intelligence profiles across company ownerships, deals, valuations, and corporate events.
  • Deal & Ownership Analysis: Interpret complex M&A transactions, funding rounds, ownership changes, and corporate restructurings under ambiguous or incomplete disclosures.
  • Private Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new private market entities, establishing investor linkages, fund relationships, and ownership networks.
  • AI-Enabled Productivity: Leverage Copilot, prompt-driven workflows, and AI research tools to accelerate discovery cycles and automate source validation.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Resolve data inconsistencies, perform cross-source validation, maintain evidence-backed documentation, and collaborate directly with global Data, Product, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech) or Post Graduate degree with an outstanding academic record.
  • Experience: Minimum 18 months of relevant professional experience in primary/secondary research, financial or market data, business intelligence, or private market analytics.
  • Strong primary and secondary source research capabilities with the ability to interpret structured and unstructured datasets.
  • In-depth understanding of the private markets ecosystem, deal lifecycles, and corporate ownership structures.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, MS Excel, and SharePoint .
  • Hands-on programming and query experience in SQL and Python (strongly preferred).
  • Exposure to AI-assisted research tools, prompt engineering, and discovery agents.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech) or Post Graduate degree with an outstanding academic record.
