Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain security standards according to company requirements.
Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability.
Achieve departmental goals and follow up on assigned activities.
Perform duties according to the Security Programme.
Maintain performance standards and follow up with the shift team.
Continuously monitor the Quality System and level of conformance.
Maintain required quality levels.
Control theft and pilferage of company property.
Ensure implementation of AEP guidelines issued by the airport operator, BCAS, MoCA, and Government of India.
Assess AEP applications and supporting documents before submission to the relevant regulatory authority for TAE/BAEP.
Maintain files and log sheets.
Provide inputs for training requirements.
Update manuals and local procedures.
Ensure competent and qualified personnel are deployed for duty.
Verify invoices.
