Key Responsibilities

  • As a Quality Auditing Associate at Accenture, your core operational duties will include:
  • Collaborating alongside global First Article Inspection (FAI) teams to systematically plan, schedule, prioritize, and validate all FAIs needed for sustaining manufacturing parts.
  • Verifying real-time production processes to guarantee that the initial production run of a part or product consistently conforms to customer blueprints.
  • Reviewing, examining, and approving incoming components to verify they adhere explicitly to aerospace and defense industrial parameters.
  • Performing structural First Article Inspection (FAI) assessments under standard AS9102 rules to fulfill strict design baselines.
  • Coordinating production escalations and daily task workflows with client managers and corporate stakeholders.
  • Partnering directly with Supplier Quality & Development managers to deploy effective troubleshooting resolutions and action items.
  • Managing workflow priority queues to reliably achieve internal turnaround time (TAT) metrics and service level benchmarks.
  • Solving baseline problems by following operational precedents and working as an individual contributor under moderate guidance from team supervisors.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Must possess a graduation degree: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in relevant fields.
  • Open to entry-level freshers and professionals with 0 to 1 year of experience in quality auditing or supply chain execution.
  • Domain Fundamentals: Foundational understanding of Aerospace & Defense (A&D) business principles and Aerospace Quality Management Standards.
  • Engineering Blueprint Reading: Demonstrated analytical capacity to read, interpret, and unpack complex engineering drawings.
  • GD&T Concepts: Clear structural comprehension of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) mechanisms.
  • Inspection Metrics: Familiarity with reading standard quality inspection reports and utilizing basic hand measuring tools in manufacturing environments.
  • Quality Standards: Prior awareness or an elective exposure to designing or reviewing First Article Inspection (FAI) packages per the AS9102 standard is highly desired.
  • Operational Strengths: Efficient email writing skills, sharp time management, and a natural agility for rapid skill transformation during knowledge transfer processes.
