Key Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will support Amazon’s ML data processes by working with multimedia files and performing annotation and content-related activities.
- Perform annotation-related tasks involving audio, image and video files.
- Use internal Amazon tools and software for assigned tasks.
- Participate in data collection activities when scripts and instructions are provided.
- Follow compliance and confidentiality requirements during data collection and annotation.
- Apply appropriate grammar, syntax and language rules when generating written content.
- Perform quality audits and verification to maintain internal quality standards.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Track annotation and data collection queries and share them with relevant stakeholders.
- Track daily task completion using recommended tools.
- Provide individual status reports as required.
- Help test new Standard Operating Procedures and ML data tools.
- Provide timely feedback to improve existing processes.
- Support efforts to make data annotation processes more consistent and accurate.
Skills & Eligibility
- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification .
- Strong English language ability is required. Candidates should be able to speak, write and read English fluently .
- The role also requires candidates to be comfortable following detailed instructions and internal processes, maintaining quality standards and handling repetitive annotation or data-related activities with attention to detail.
- The role combines language skills, content quality, data annotation and process execution.
- English Communication: Fluency in spoken, written and read English.
- Grammar: Strong understanding of grammar, syntax and appropriate language usage.
- Data Annotation: Ability to perform simple annotation tasks involving audio, image and video data.
- Content Creation: Ability to create clear, concise and informative written content.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain high-quality outputs.
- Quality Verification: Ability to conduct quality audits and verification activities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand task-related issues and identify patterns or inconsistencies.
- Microsoft Office: Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
- Confidentiality: Ability to follow customer data and information security requirements.
- Time Management: Ability to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
