Job Description

As a Scholar Trainee under the Wipro WILP framework, you are placed within active software delivery and engineering infrastructure divisions. You will support live client applications, configure tools, and write functional components under senior technical guidance. The program provides the ultimate solution to future job security—offering programmatic hands-on industry experience parallel to your structured higher education coursework, meaning zero upfront personal investment for your advanced degree layout.
Your stipend progresses systematically with each completed academic year, starting at ₹15,488 per month (inclusive of ESI allowances) alongside an upfront ₹75,000 Joining Bonus . By the fourth year of the program, your monthly allowance scales to a fixed ₹23,000. Wipro completely covers your higher university educational infrastructure, preparing you to transition directly into long-term full-time software engineering roles upon successful graduation milestones.

Degrees: Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).
B.Sc. Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Application, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics.
Academic Marks: Consistent Pass status in 10th & 12th standards; Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation.
Core Mathematics: Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as a principal subject during Graduation (Business/Applied Math NOT accepted).
Backlog Rules: Max 1 active backlog allowed during the online assessment. All backlogs must clear along with the 6th semester.
Gaps Allowance: Maximum of 3 years of educational gaps allowed between 10th standard and graduation commencement. No gaps allowed within the 3-year graduation timeline.
Service Agreement: A 60-month duration service commitment applies at INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis.
Age & Nationality: Must be 18 years or above. Open to Indian Citizens, PIO/OCI card holders, and Bhutan/Nepal nationals with proper certificates.
