Job Description

As an Associate Software Engineer in Python, you will assist in the development and maintenance of software applications while exploring cutting-edge AI/ML concepts . You will be responsible for supporting the integration of simple machine learning models and assisting in implementing AI-driven functionalities such as chatbots, recommendation systems, or data prediction tools. This is a hands-on learning role where you will support data preprocessing and visualization tasks.
You will participate in code reviews to master industry best practices and collaborate with senior developers to debug and troubleshoot technical issues. The role also involves optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security . Assist in developing and maintaining software applications using Python.
Support the integration of AI/ML models and AI-driven functionalities like chatbots.
Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and visualization for AI-based features.
Participate in peer code reviews to improve coding skills and standards.
Debug and troubleshoot basic technical issues with guidance from senior staff.
Contribute to the optimization of applications for better performance and security.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and adhere to project deadlines.
Continuously learn and adapt to emerging industry trends and technologies.

Education: B.E / B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc IT graduates.
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
Programming: Basic understanding of Python and data handling.
Web Tech: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Tools: Exposure to version control systems like Git .
Preferred: Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and ML tools like Scikit-learn or TensorFlow .
Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive willingness to learn.
