When you register or use our Platform as a candidate, we may collect:

When you register or use our Platform as an employer or business, we may collect:

  • GST number or business registration information
  • Job postings, job descriptions, and vacancy details
  • Payment information for premium job listing plans (processed via Razorpay)

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:

4. Sharing Your Information

4.1 With Employers and Recruiters

If you are a job seeker, your profile information (including resume, skills, and experience) may be visible to registered employers and third-party recruiters on our Platform, subject to your privacy settings. You can choose to set your contact information as private or public from within your account settings.

4.2 Third-Party Job Listings

We list job opportunities sourced from third-party providers. When you apply for such jobs, your application data may be shared with those third-party employers. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies before applying.

4.3 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers who process data strictly on our behalf:

  • Razorpay — Payment processing
  • Appwrite — Database and backend infrastructure
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — Email marketing and transactional email
  • Zoho Mail — Business email communications
  • Twilio — SMS and OTP notifications
  • Google Analytics — Website analytics
  • Microsoft Clarity — Session recording and heatmaps

4.4 Legal Requirements

9. Artificial Intelligence & Recommendations

Joblit.in uses AI models and algorithms to provide personalised job recommendations based on your profile, preferences, and activity on the Platform. The data used for these recommendations includes your skills, experience, education, interests, and past interactions on the Platform.

10. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include secure HTTPS connections, encrypted storage, and access controls.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Minors

Joblit.in does not place age restrictions on registration. However, if you are under 18 years of age, you should use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Joblit.in is incorporated and operates in India. This Privacy Policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), to the extent applicable.

If you are located outside India, please note that your data will be transferred to and processed in India. By using our Platform, you consent to such transfer and processing.
