As a Software Solutions Engineer navigating within Thales’ cloud systems, you will carry out the following duties:
Operating interactively inside a cross-functional Scrum unit executing software blueprints in pure Agile mode.
Contributing directly to software requirement definitions, functional system designs, and early architectural evaluations of complex software projects.
Integrating standalone software components into structured, fully operational, and high-performance technical ecosystems.
Writing well-designed, documented, robust, and cleanly testable software code structures.
Developing, validating, and testing features across the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
Designing and deploying system features with a focused mindset toward cloud scalability, processing speed, continuous operations, and exceptional end-user experience.
Formulating estimations and offering constructive feedback inputs for upcoming sprint planning sessions alongside peers.
Collaborating actively with fellow software engineers to drive internal knowledge sharing and scale product capabilities.
Skills & Eligibility
Degree Standard: Must be a recent graduate holding a full-time Master’s degree from an engineering school, technical institute, or accredited university stream.
Experience Bracket: Possess approximately 2 years of significant and demonstrable technical exposure.

Infrastructure Awareness: Basic functional knowledge of Information Systems (IS) computing platforms, modern operating systems (Linux/Windows), and Hypervisors.
Agile Methodologies: Practical alignment and a clear understanding of working within Agile software frameworks and Scrum iterations.
Resourceful, innovative, highly solution-oriented, and capable of adapting to rapid structural modifications or shifts in project scopes.
Demonstrated capacity to act as a cohesive team player while retaining the independence required to drive individual modules with minimal supervision.
