Service Delivery Management: Accountable for the seamless delivery of infrastructure services targeted toward international enterprise accounts.
Supplier & OLO Coordination: Manage Outer Line Operator (OLO) operations and handle direct supplier alignment schedules to smooth out field deployments.
SLA Compliance: Ensure all core hardware/software validation and installation routines are performed seamlessly to respect client SLAs.
Escalation Handling: Initiate structured escalation mitigation loops whenever project or provisioning timelines face unexpected network blockades.
Customer Communication: Manage proactive “Keep Customer Informed” (KCI) delivery matrices to present delivery status insights clearly.
Order Management: Handle end-to-end service orders from entry setups up to final configuration handover.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Must hold a regular B.E / B.Tech degree from a recognized university.
Experience Track: 0 to 1 year of foundational exposure inside Telecom, Network, or Internet Service Provider (ISP) domains.
Communication: Fluent, high-impact verbal and written communication metrics to comfortably handle international client queries.
Domain Knowledge: Baseline structural awareness regarding telecom engineering standards, data networks, and routing protocols.
Office Utilities: Practical day-to-day familiarity working with standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Team Spirit: Demonstrable accountability, proactive ownership traits, and ability to coordinate tasks seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders.
