Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with seasoned engineering and operations teams to evaluate and design scalable solutions for retail workflows.
- Apply technical acumen to assist with the continuous lifecycle management and total cost ownership of internal services.
- Deliver high-performance, secure, and repeatable technical deliverables under guided mentorship.
- Participate in structured development, automation, debugging, and implementation tasks aligned with operational best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve recurring technical issues while monitoring systems capacity with minimal assistance.
- Contribute directly to Target’s intellectual property by exploring new algorithms and ideas for modern retail efficiency.
Skills & Eligibility
- Graduation in Any Degree discipline (Science, Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Computer Applications).
- Open to fresh graduates seeking entry-level industry experience.
- Basic technical aptitude and curiosity for learning enterprise software tools.
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-paced collaborative team environments.
