As a Test Associate Engineer at SonicWall, you will participate in designing, developing, and maintaining testing toolkits and automated test scripts to ensure the high availability and security of enterprise products.
Design, develop, and test automation toolkits using Python and modern scripting languages.
Maintain existing tools infrastructure and contribute toward improving framework scalability.
Rapidly build functional prototypes to evaluate and select the best technologies for new product features.
Collaborate actively with peer engineers on code reviews, test case evaluations, and QA process enhancements.
Draft clear functional and design specifications while partnering with technical documentation teams.
Track deliverables and communicate product requirements clearly across cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Skills & Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / Diploma in technical streams are eligible to apply.
0 to 1+ years of hands-on technical or software testing experience.
Programming & Scripting: Hands-on proficiency in Python and scripting languages.
Cloud Infrastructure: Working knowledge or experience with AWS cloud infrastructure is a big plus.
Security Fundamentals: Familiarity with Internet Security, Firewalls, Antivirus (AV), and Anti-Spam technologies is advantageous.
Licensing Concepts: Basic understanding of software licensing models and operational restrictions.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic troubleshooting capabilities.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently or in Agile teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Aptitude to learn emerging cybersecurity tools and adapt to multi-tasking environments.
