Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business and regulatory requirements to inform product development and structural enhancements.
  • Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable specifications for both engineering and product teams.
  • Support the implementation of automated reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate actively with stakeholders to optimize daily workflows and improve data quality across integrated platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and knowledge training to clients, ensuring successful system adoption and satisfaction.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Open to young, fresh graduates and postgraduates specifically from the 2025 and 2026 passing-out batches .
  • Must be a highly motivated, disciplined, and confident team player who is delivery-focused and committed to high-quality output.
  • Strong structural problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles in different professional situations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to listen, learn quickly, and demonstrate initiative.
  • A foundational understanding of the trade lifecycle for major financial asset classes across securities, exchange-traded, and OTC derivatives.
  • Understanding of and general experience in regulatory reporting architectures.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is highly desirable.
