Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and regulatory requirements to inform product development and structural enhancements.
Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable specifications for both engineering and product teams.
Support the implementation of automated reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance standards.
Collaborate actively with stakeholders to optimize daily workflows and improve data quality across integrated platforms.
Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities for innovation and growth.
Provide ongoing support and knowledge training to clients, ensuring successful system adoption and satisfaction.

Skills & Eligibility

Open to young, fresh graduates and postgraduates specifically from the 2025 and 2026 passing-out batches .
Must be a highly motivated, disciplined, and confident team player who is delivery-focused and committed to high-quality output.
Strong structural problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles in different professional situations.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to listen, learn quickly, and demonstrate initiative.
A foundational understanding of the trade lifecycle for major financial asset classes across securities, exchange-traded, and OTC derivatives.
Understanding of and general experience in regulatory reporting architectures.
Basic knowledge of SQL is highly desirable.
