Job Description

As an Associate Software Engineer at ReliaQuest under the ReliaQuest Recruitment 2026 drive, you will be at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation. You will research and develop creative solutions for the GreyMatter platform, focusing on REST API creation and system integrations. Your goal is to automate customer threat detection and response in ways that have never been done before.
You will manage CI/CD processes and proactively automate every stage of the software development lifecycle. Working in an Agile environment, you will interface closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the product’s full potential is leveraged. This role offers an “uncommon” opportunity to learn from the best in the business while manipulating data at a massive scale using technologies like Kafka, Spark, and Elasticsearch .

Research and develop creative solutions across cutting-edge technologies to evolve the GreyMatter platform.
Create REST APIs and seamless integrations between various products to automate threat detection.
Manage and optimize Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) processes for complex tech stacks.
Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to ensure consistent quality and improvement.
Automate and improve all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with internal and external users to ensure product usability and technical success.
Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality code and innovative security features.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while cultivating a culture of constant collaboration.

Education: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in software development.
Programming: Proficiency in one or more: Python, JS, React, Angular, Java, or C# .
Big Data & Search: Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Kafka, Apache Spark, or Kibana is a major plus.
Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure .
DevOps: Solid understanding of unit testing, CI/CD practices, and automation.
Databases: Working knowledge of MySQL or equivalent relational databases.
Soft Skills: Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and a collaborative mindset.
