Support automation initiatives and process optimization efforts.
Build foundational knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Monitor networks, systems, and infrastructure in a 24×7 NOC environment.
Monitor LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, and cloud infrastructure.
Detect and respond to alerts, incidents, and outages according to defined SLAs.
Perform first-level troubleshooting across routers, switches, wireless systems, firewalls, and circuits.
Log, track, and manage incidents using ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Follow established standard operating procedures for troubleshooting and escalation.
Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams when required.
Collaborate with Network, Security, Application, and Cloud teams.

Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with relevant certifications can be considered.
Scripting: Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Automation: Awareness of Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD concepts.
Cloud: Understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP fundamentals.
Operating Systems: Basic working knowledge of Linux and Windows.
APIs and Data: Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, CSV, and JSON.
