Key Responsibilities

During this internship track at Iris Software, you will gain hands-on visibility into enterprise software cycles:
Data Sourcing Coordination: Interact with data source owners to comprehend operational datasets and structure standard data extracts for deep analytical manipulation.
Requirement Translation: Learn to translate high-level business use cases into crisp, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
Project Lifecycle Support: Track and review core project deliverables from initiation to final completion, ensuring active risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Provide robust analytical support to project managers, core developers, and QA squads to keep deliverables focused on business expectations.
Agile Execution: Participate actively in lean/agile sprints, maintain system project activities, and document technical logic layers independently with minimal oversight.

Academic Foundations: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications.
Technical Aptitude: Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming, with a strong interest in building web and desktop solutions using the .Net core ecosystem .
Analytical Core: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, logical reasoning, and a proven ability to manage multiple tracking tasks with shifting priorities.
Process Awareness: Basic familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and clean code design practices.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to coordinate with global project owners effectively.
Graduates or final-year students pursuing B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or IT streams are preferred.
