Key Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PDK Design Engineer with 6 months to 2 years of experience. The candidate will be involved in the design, simulation, and validation of analog circuits for semiconductor applications.
  • Design and develop analog circuits such as amplifiers, current mirrors, bandgap references, etc.
  • Perform circuit simulation, verification, and debugging using industry-standard EDA tools.
  • Collaborate closely with layout, verification, and testing teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics including power, noise, gain, and stability.
  • Support silicon validation and continuous debugging activities.
  • Document design specifications and results accurately.

Skills & Eligibility

  • B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, ECE, VLSI, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0.6 – 2 Years in a relevant domain.
  • Strong fundamentals in Analog Electronics and advanced circuit theory.
  • Hands-on experience with Cadence tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, etc.) or equivalent EDA platforms.
  • Solid basic understanding of CMOS technology.
  • Proven exposure to simulation, schematic design, and circuit debugging.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to analog layout concepts is considered an added advantage.
  • Internship or academic project experience in analog design is highly preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority during the selection process.
  • Candidates must be willing to sign a bond agreement as per HCLTech’s company policy.
  • Must be flexible to work from either the Bangalore or Hubli office location.
