Job Description

As an Associate Software Engineer at Greenway Health, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality healthcare applications. You will work within an Agile Scrum team to write clean code following established standards. Your role involves building intuitive front-end interfaces using Angular and modern styling approaches, while managing back-end logic through .NET Core, C#, or Java . You will also be responsible for maintaining “Infrastructure as Code” for automated deployments on cloud platforms.
Quality is at the heart of our healthcare mission. You will write automated tests across unit, API, and load-testing levels using tools like Postman, Jasmine, and Artillery . Collaborating with architects and database engineers, you will implement data models and troubleshoot existing software to resolve root causes of defects. This role is a perfect blend of technical execution and continuous learning through structured training and hands-on project assignments.

Develop software applications following established coding standards and methodologies.
Build intuitive UIs using Angular (v9+) , HTML5, and Atomic Design principles.
Write and maintain automated tests (Unit, API, E2E) using TDD methodologies.
Maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS (Lambda, S3, Cognito, CloudWatch).
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to design scalable solutions.
Perform code reviews and document software changes for engineering and QA teams.
Manage deployments using DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform.
Assist Product Owners with backlog grooming and story estimation in Scrum.

Education: B.E/B.Tech in CS, IT, or equivalent technical fields.
Programming: Basic proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python .
Front-End: Familiarity with Angular , CSS/SASS, and Web Components.
Cloud: Knowledge of AWS services (S3, Lambda, SQS, IAM).
Databases: Understanding of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
Testing: Familiarity with Protractor, Jasmine, or Newman Postman.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and clear verbal/written communication.
