Key Responsibilities
- As part of the EY-Assurance team, you will carry out routine substantive and controls-based audit procedures from the GDS India offices, supporting global client-serving assurance teams primarily based in Americas and European countries.
- Deliver high-quality assurance task deliverables compliant with EY Global methodology and professional standards.
- Participate in process walkthroughs and assist in control testing under the supervision of a Senior Engineer/Manager.
- Document audit procedures accurately while identifying operational risks and technical assurance issues.
- Interact regularly with global engagement teams (onshore teams in the Americas and Europe) to build strong working relationships.
- Proactively contribute ideas to enhance review procedure efficiencies across different client accounts.
- Maintain strict adherence to EY’s ethical standards, professional independence guidelines, and data confidentiality protocols.
- Utilize EY technology, audit tools, and software frameworks to streamline service delivery and continuous learning.
- Participate actively in scheduled calls with EY Onshore engagement managers to align on deliverables.

Skills & Eligibility
- B.Com Graduates: 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in financial accounting and audit/assurance concepts.
- Professional Certifications: ACCA or CPA freshers are eligible to apply directly.
- Strong understanding of international financial accounting and assurance principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook.
- Interest in business, financial commerciality, and industry sector dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills in English.
- Robust analytical, logical reasoning, and diagnostic capabilities.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and proactive adoption of new processes.
- B.Com Graduates: 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in financial accounting and audit/assurance concepts.
