Job Description

  • As an Associate Software Engineer at Epsilon, you will join the Platform Services unit, which specializes in implementing and evolving Custom and PeopleCloud solutions. Your core mission will be to plan, design, and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications throughout the development life cycle. You will write clean, testable code adhering to global standards, ensuring minimal defect density while pushing the boundaries of existing technical approaches.
  • You will be working in an Agile environment , implementing CI/CD processes and collaborating closely with software architects and business analysts. Your role involves leveraging the .NET framework, C#, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular to build scalable marketing platforms. This position is ideal for self-starters who are passionate about technology and want to gain hands-on experience with real-time modeling languages and proprietary data advancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop user interfaces for internet, intranet, and mobile applications using Angular .
  • Implement backend features using C#, .NET Framework , and REST APIs.
  • Write clean, testable code and maintain a focus on minimal defect density.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes (Azure Pipelines, Jenkins).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test deliverables.
  • Document technical workflows and maintain best practices for development.
  • Work with RDBMS (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) for data management.
  • Contribute to team-building activities and foster a collaborative workspace.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Technology or Engineering major.
  • Core Technical: Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, C#, and .NET .
  • Web Tech: Familiarity with Angular, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Databases: Proficiency in SQL and understanding of NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Scripting/Cloud: Basic knowledge of Unix/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Tools: Exposure to version control like GitHub and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong initiative.
