Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Data Analytics Intern to support our HR team in various data analytics initiatives. You will work directly under the guidance of the HR Manager and collaborate with team members to generate insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Talent Acquisition Analytics: Support the collection and organization of data related to recruitment. Help prepare reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment performance, and analyze metrics alongside local HR representatives.
Digitalization & Automation: Assist in documenting current workflows and designing workflow management or automated solutions. Participate in testing and evaluating newly implemented tools.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update HR data systems to ensure accuracy. Assist in generating ad-hoc and regular reports for HR leadership to facilitate data-driven strategies.
Skills & Eligibility
Educational Qualifications: Fresh Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Engineering students interested in transitioning into the HR domain are also welcome to apply.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with modern data visualization tools like Power BI is a strong advantage.
Core Competencies: Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
Availability: The candidate must be able to start the internship from July 2026 onwards for a minimum duration of 6 months, extending up to a maximum of one year.
