Job Description

  • This Dentsu Internship is a specialized, entry-level role designed to offer fresh graduates comprehensive exposure across the complete data value chain. You will not be limited to a single silo; instead, your learning track will span from initial data wrangling and pipeline engineering all the way through to advanced business analytics and predictive modeling .
  • Working closely with cross-functional product, engineering, and business intelligence teams, you will help solve real-world marketing and operational problems using raw datasets. This role is ideal for highly analytical individuals who are passionate about uncovering hidden market insights, building scalable architecture to process data securely, and eventually developing machine learning models to drive automated corporate decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering squads to assist in comprehensive data wrangling, cleaning, and formatting protocols.
  • Support the design and maintenance of scalable data pipelines to ensure consistent information flow.
  • Assist business teams in extracting actionable insights from large, unstructured marketing datasets.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to predictive modeling concepts and basic machine learning implementations.
  • Partner with cross-functional product and operations teams to solve real-world analytical problems.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation regarding data sources, schema changes, and logic flows.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: Open to candidates holding Any Degree from a recognized university. A strong academic record is preferred.
  • Experience: This is a dedicated Fresher role. Passionate new graduates eager to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Mindset: Must be enthusiastic, sharp-minded, and possess a deep curiosity for uncovering trends within complex datasets.
  • Technical Aptitude: While specific coding languages are not strictly mandated, a foundational understanding of data logic, SQL, Python, or basic analytical tools (like Excel or Tableau) will be a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to learn new predictive technologies, and excellent cross-team communication skills.
