Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications: Coordinate daily communication tasks by organizing, drafting, and disseminating clear messages to maintain open, cross-functional project updates.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Create, clean, and manage data sheets in MS Excel to trace functional metrics, milestone statuses, and action logs for team decision-making.
  • Documentation Support: Put together formal business reports, clean presentations, and project summaries using MS Office applications for review meetings.
  • Data Consolidation: Collect and ingest data records out of diverse communication channels into unified, standardized templates to simplify analytical reviews.
  • Team Coordination: Connect with internal stakeholders in person and through digital platforms to source inputs, verify operational specs, and confirm item completions.
  • File Management: Organize shared electronic repositories and cloud folders to make official slide templates and background reference files easy to find.
  • Meeting Organization: Provide support in setting up team discussions, drafting professional agendas, and logging actionable meeting minutes to drive project timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Double-check outgoing documents and data tables for structural layout accuracy, formatting consistency, and English grammar precision.
  • Process Standardization: Follow prescribed company templates and process checklists strictly to handle recurring transactional assignments reliably.

Skills & Eligibility

  • MS Excel Skills: Practical familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including structured data entry, sorting layout arrays, and applying basic computational formulas.
  • MS Office Suite: Strong grasp of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to organize business-ready documentation and polished presentations.
  • Language & Literacy: Exceptional oral and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to summarize complex points clearly.
  • Professional Traits: High attention to detail, a methodical approach to self-checking work for discrepancies, and a strong eagerness to learn corporate standards.
  • Adaptability: Readiness to adapt quickly to operational feedback, structural directions, and new software tool integrations.
