Enterprise Deployment Automation: Administering localized and cloud-extended desktop configurations via SCCM collections to automate critical OS updates, feature changes, and secure patch delivery frameworks.
Security Policy Compliance: Configuring, reviewing, and applying endpoint compliance protocols via Intune and Active Directory Group Policies to isolate vulnerabilities and secure data environments.
Image Lifecycle Operations: Developing, updating, and troubleshooting customized master deployment images with MDT to secure seamless corporate hardware provisioning cycles for new asset assignees.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Executing technical structural diagnostics to systematically isolate and fix complex issues relating to SCCM clients, Intune sync bugs, and provisioning errors.
Technical SOP Documentation: Authoring, structuring, and maintaining technical workflows, infrastructure runbooks, and resolution tracking maps to build unified internal support resources.

Skills & Eligibility
