Job Description
- For the Clinisys Recruitment 2026 drive, the engineering division is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to be responsible for designing, developing, and unit testing product features. - You will develop software solutions across multiple subsystems, collaborating heavily on requirements definition, prototyping, architectural design, and deployment. You will also leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to analyze defects, perform root-cause analysis, and write clean, heavily documented code.
Key Responsibilities
- As an Associate Software Engineer at Clinisys, your key responsibilities will include:
- Full-Stack Development: Develop robust software solutions across multiple subsystems utilizing C#, JavaScript, and HTML/DHTML.
- Agile Collaboration: Collaborate actively in a dynamic Agile team on requirements definition, prototyping, architectural design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Defect Resolution: Analyze complex defects, perform rigorous root-cause analysis, and collaborate with peers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Quality & Documentation: Document and demonstrate solutions via flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams. Comply strictly with internal quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- AI-Assisted Coding: Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools proficiently, including effectively crafting prompts for complex analysis and coding tasks.
- Continuous Improvement: Research new technologies and development tools to remain informed of current trends and incorporate them into refactoring or re-engineering efforts.
Skills & Eligibility
- To be eligible for the Clinisys Recruitment 2026, candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience Level: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in the software development life cycle, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Required Technical Competencies:Solid working knowledge of C# and JavaScript.Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts and multi-tiered application design.Functional knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS), specifically Oracle (preferred) or SQL Server.Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies and thorough knowledge of design principles and patterns.
