Key Responsibilities

  • As a Network Engineer, depending on business needs, your specific skill set, and preference, your responsibilities may include:
  • Working hands-on with cutting-edge Cisco equipment and remaining at the forefront of technological innovations.
  • Becoming a strategic partner to enterprise customers, helping save their businesses from the impact of network incidents.
  • Solving complex technical issues and actively preventing their recurrence.
  • Writing highly technical documents, building out Cisco’s online technical knowledge base, and contributing to collaborative platforms to help users maximize their tech investments.
  • Managing and continuously optimizing existing networking infrastructures.
  • Proactively mitigating and preventing network-impairing incidents before they escalate.

Skills & Eligibility

  • You are a recent graduate or in your final year of studies towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech).
  • Strict Batch Criteria: This requirement is exclusively for the 2027 passout batch.
  • Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Deeply passionate about networking, information technology, or computer science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Ability to multitask, operate as a self-starter, work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, and work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites (travel frequency will vary based on your role and technology team).
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of adjacent technologies or holding industry-recognized Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a significant plus.
