Job Description

  • As an SAP Intern at Capco, you will be embedded in a live SAP implementation project . Your primary focus will be on ERP data operations, supporting the transition of massive datasets into modern systems like S4/HANA . You will work across multiple environments including SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle, ensuring that project and assignment data are validated and maintained with 100% accuracy. This role is ideal for those who thrive in data-heavy environments and want to understand the lifecycle of a large-scale ERP rollout.
  • Working the UK shift, you will collaborate with global teams to handle data reconciliation and manage “data fallouts” during system updates. You will be responsible for manual data uploads, updating new projects in the ERP stack, and providing general administrative support to ensure system readiness. This internship offers a front-row seat to how global consultancies deliver complex financial technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Data Migration , data entry, and reconciliation across ERP systems.
  • Update SAP and PeopleSoft with new project data and handle fallout resolution.
  • Assist with S4/HANA readiness tasks and manual data uploads.
  • Validate and maintain critical project and assignment data for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders on ERP system updates and operations.
  • Perform data analysis and cleansing to support system implementation phases.
  • Ensure compliance with Capco’s data quality and security standards.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Any Degree).
  • ERP Exposure: Foundational knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle .
  • Excel (Mandatory): Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data reconciliation.
  • Data Skills: Prior experience with large datasets or data migration is a plus.
  • Domain: Basic understanding of Banking or Finance (BFSI) is preferred.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work the UK Shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive data tasks.
