Key Responsibilities
- As a Java Full Stack Developer at BNP Paribas, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend microservices and modern frontend web interfaces. You will work within an Agile software development model, integrating DevOps pipelines and maintaining high code quality standards.
- Propose scalable technical solutions adapted to core business requirements and contribute to technical documentation.
- Design and develop end-to-end software solutions following Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Code / Clean Architecture practices.
- Build resilient backend APIs using Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Hibernate, and PL/SQL / Postgres databases.
- Create interactive, accessible, and responsive client-side UI components using Angular 16 and Bootstrap.
- Ensure smooth implementation of DevOps tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Ansible, SonarQube) across the deployment lifecycle.
- Participate in full application lifecycle management, software monitoring, and Level-3 (L3) support ticket resolution for production environments.
- Execute thorough Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with QA and Business Analyst teams.
- Support live operational systems and maintain technical specifications and API documentation.
- Support overall FRS (Finance and RISK Systems) and ISPL organizational goals as guided by department management.
- Actively participate in team-wide technical architecture evolution and quality improvement initiatives.

Skills & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent quantitative field.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities and eagerness to learn new tech stacks quickly.
- Backend Technologies: Java 21 / J2EE, Spring Boot 3, JPA / Hibernate, Maven, JUnit, and WebSphere 8.6 middleware.
- Frontend Frameworks: Angular 16+, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, with awareness of web responsiveness and web accessibility standards.
- Database Management: Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Cloud & Containerization: Familiarity with cloud technologies, IBM Cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Docker containers.
- DevOps Toolchain: Exposure to CI/CD automation using GitLab CI, Jenkins, Ansible, and static code quality tools like SonarQube.
- API Architecture: Basic understanding of RESTful API design principles and certificate authentication processes.
- Rigorous, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to software development.
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation capability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a “one-team” Agile environment.
