Job Description

As an Application Developer at Accenture, your daily mission is to design, build, and configure applications that align perfectly with business processes and specific client requirements. This role is unique as it bridges the gap between technical engineering and cross-border communication. You will be expected to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions while leveraging your Japanese language skills to facilitate collaboration with international stakeholders.
You will be actively involved in every phase of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) , from initial design and configuration to deployment and maintenance. Your focus will be on delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Beyond coding, you will assist in documentation, participate in problem-solving discussions, and support junior team members by sharing insights on application-related tasks.

Design, build, and configure software applications to meet specific business process requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications using Japanese language proficiency where required.
Participate in the full SDLC, ensuring applications are reliable, scalable, and effective.
Assist in the documentation and maintenance of development processes for clarity and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve application-related issues.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of applications.
Provide guidance to junior team members and share insights on technical tasks.
Maintain a high focus on code quality, attention to detail, and user experience.

Education: B.E/B.Tech or any graduate degree with 15 years of full-time education.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience (Freshers are welcome).
Language Skill: Japanese Language proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
Technical Skill: Familiarity with Java is highly preferred (Good to have).
SDLC: Understanding of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to contribute to resolving complex issues.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
