Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Learning & Organization Development team.
  • Support initiatives involving AI, DEIB, capability building and people programs.
  • Support the design of learning initiatives.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of learning programs.
  • Manage program operations and related activities.
  • Communicate with stakeholders.
  • Support scheduling and program tracking.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
  • Analyze program data and employee feedback.
  • Generate insights and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct research on emerging workplace topics.
  • Analyze trends related to AI and workplace learning.
  • Prepare point-of-view documents.
  • Create and curate communication content.
  • Develop learning resources and presentations.
  • Support internal campaigns and communication initiatives.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Candidates should carefully review the educational background, skills and experience requirements before applying.
  • Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a master’s degree.
  • Preferred academic backgrounds include HR, Psychology or related fields.
  • MBA, MA and M.Sc candidates are listed as eligible qualifications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities are expected.

  • This does not necessarily require advanced programming knowledge. The important aspect is the ability to understand useful technology tools and apply them appropriately to research, content creation, analysis and workflow-related tasks.
