Key Responsibilities
- Understand business and functional requirements.
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Automate testing for web and API applications.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Identify, log, track, and verify software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.
- Contribute to test documentation and execution reports.
- Maintain quality metrics.
- Continuously learn new testing tools and frameworks.
Skills & Eligibility
- Associate Analyst – Automation Testing:
- B.E/B.Tech qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Fresh graduates and early-career professionals can apply.
- Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver.
- Basic programming knowledge in Java or Python.
- Understanding of API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with Git or other version-control systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Exposure to TestNG, JUnit, or BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Exposure to tools such as Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Internship or academic project experience in automation testing.
