Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business and functional requirements.
  • Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Automate testing for web and API applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
  • Identify, log, track, and verify software defects.
  • Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.
  • Contribute to test documentation and execution reports.
  • Maintain quality metrics.
  • Continuously learn new testing tools and frameworks.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Associate Analyst – Automation Testing:
  • B.E/B.Tech qualification.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Fresh graduates and early-career professionals can apply.
  • Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Java or Python.
  • Understanding of API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version-control systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to TestNG, JUnit, or BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
  • Exposure to tools such as Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Internship or academic project experience in automation testing.
