Identify data patterns and trends, providing insights to enhance business decision-making capabilities in business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
Participate in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and qualitative analysis.
Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, communicating findings clearly to business partners and senior leaders.
Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
Work closely with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies.
Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup’s reputation and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Skills & Eligibility
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience across engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or other relevant streams.
0-2 years of relevant industry experience.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically SAS and SQL .
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and team members.
