Advanced Excel Operations: Utilize complex Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting) to process and present data visually.
RPA & Automation Support: Monitor and execute RPA scripts designed for seamless data handoffs between recruitment systems.
Data Analysis & Insights: Support deep-dive analyses of recruitment metrics (TAT, offer conversion rates, pipeline velocity) to guide stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and the MIS Lead to pinpoint reporting requirements and deliver structured outputs.

Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BSc, B.E, or equivalent) with strong exposure to data handling tools. An MBA or certifications in Data Analytics is considered a strong plus.
Experience: 1 to 3 Years in relevant fields.
