The core purpose of this role is to maintain customer data files in the ordering system. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Developing detailed solutions to solve various business problems.
Inputting data into customer data files, modifying existing data, and aggressively monitoring the accuracy of all file data.
Participating in the evaluation and deployment of new technologies to add or enhance existing digital technical capabilities.
Addressing business requirements for applications and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business results.
Skills & Eligibility
B.E. / B. Tech degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or a related engineering discipline graduating in the years 2025 or 2026.
Customer Focus (Working Knowledge): Ability to align customer needs with business decisions. Solicits feedback, researches expectations, and communicates the importance of resolving customer needs.
Data Gathering & Analysis (Basic Understanding): Knowledge of methodologies to collect and synthesize data from multiple sources. Can describe alternative gathering techniques and identify key analysis objectives.
Data-driven Decision Making (Basic Understanding): Understanding of how to use data to make organizational decisions aligned with strategic goals, differentiating it from traditional decision-making.
Analytical Thinking (Basic Understanding): Familiarity with tools and techniques (e.g., specific software for business analytics) to determine root causes of problems and create alternative solutions.
Effective Communications (Working Knowledge): Ability to deliver helpful feedback, present reports without unnecessary technical jargon, and interpret non-verbal cues effectively.
Data Architecture (Basic Understanding): Ability to identify principles, constraints, and elements (e.g., data store methodologies) of data architecture used in business processes.
Requirements Analysis (Working Knowledge): Skills to elicit, analyze, and record business functionality requirements, communicate directly with users, and prepare detailed documentation.
