Key Responsibilities
- The selected candidates will receive exposure to Oracle Transportation Management and enterprise supply chain processes.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Learn Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices.
- Assist with requirement gathering and analysis.
- Support solution design and configuration activities.
- Participate in software testing and deployment activities.
- Support production issues, incident resolution, and enhancement requests.
- Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Create user guides and other project documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in system integration and data validation activities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Learn emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity in documentation, analysis, testing, and solution development.
Skills & Eligibility
- OTM Techno-Functional Consultant:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA candidates specializing in Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business Analytics can also apply.
- Candidates from the 2025 and 2026 batches are eligible.
- Candidates should have a good academic record.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn enterprise applications and supply chain business processes.
- Interest in Oracle Cloud and enterprise technology solutions.
- Candidates with knowledge or exposure to the following areas can have an advantage:
- SQL and databases.
- Programming fundamentals.
- Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
- ERP and enterprise applications.
- Oracle Cloud.
- APIs, XML, JSON, and integration concepts.
- Business process analysis.
- Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.
- Basic prompt engineering concepts.
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
